GK76A Wheel Size???

Does the standard bike have a different front wheel size to the SP model?

I have just recieved delivery of a front wheel advertised as being from a GK76A but the wheel size is J17XMT3.00 compared the my SP size of J17XMT3.50.

as far as im aware all gk76a wheels are 3.5

you might have a rgv wheel there, a lot of rgv owners put the 3.5 gsxr on their bikes

I agree with DM. 3.5x17. early gk73 and bandit have the 3x17 and the disc mounts are slightly different, holes centers are 88mm on the gk76 and 86mm on the gk73.

Thanks for the replies, I thought they were from the rgv or similar.
Just wanted to check before I go back to the seller incase he says otherwise.

Oh dear, looks like I might have a problem.
The response from the seller was...

"these wheels are from a gk76 not rgv or gk76a"

As far as i know they only make a gk76a.

Now thats what I thought but the seller seems to think otherwise.

I have checked through a lot of the reference material on the model but have not seen anything that mentions a GK76 rather than GK76A.

Tell him he's a dick and its gk76a and 3.5" wheel.

LOL... Still hoping for a positive outcome so holding off any name calling for now.
Just emailed details of the GK76A range to persuade him all GK76 models were 76A's.

The seller is insisting the wheel was taken from a GK76.

What mods would you need to have done to get the narrower wheel to fit.
I'm guessing caliper and hub spacers? Anything else???
