Over the past few months I have been doing an NC35 TYGA conversion. Things have been going well and I have finally finished, with the final thing a Translogic Dash.
Conversion and Dash install/wiring done by me. Even prepwork for the painter as well.
Pretty happy with the end result..

very cool!, smev's also fitted one to his bike but was having problems wiring it up so he may badger you with soem questions on how you did yours
do the translogic dash's have facilities for data logging? would seem a shame to do all that work and not be able to log what your doing, mind it its just a road bike you'd never use it
bike looks great and i think the dash really completes the moto gp look, casey eat your heart out!

Hey there indy-joe!!!
Very trick looking dash isn't it?!
As Spike said I have fitted one to my NC30 but have had issues with the pickup for the rev counter. Where did you wire yours into?
Cheers

Hey Spike
No there isn't any data logging facilities. It's like you said for a road bike. So not real usefull.
I got it direct from Translogic. Online just bought it from them. Emailed about it before buying it.
Cost was 376 pounds.
I am in Australia so we don't pay the VAT tax.

Hey Smev,
I used the original pickup from the connector the oem clock plug into.
It was a yellow/green strip wire. It worked first go, and have had it on a dyno and it does pick up the right rpms. Setting it up on the dyno makes it a whole lot easer.

Smev,
The thing with most rev counters, is that they need a stable rpm feed, the better the rev counter, the higher is the demand for the input. So if you try to take your rpm input from the front coil, the interference from the generator (magnetic field) will spoil your signal. So take the input from the rear coil (and make sure that the wire at all times clear the generator by at least 75mm) or splice into the loom on the righthand side of the engine and take the signal before it crosses over behind the top rad.
Or finally, do as Indy-joe, and use the original rpm feed, but keep in mind that this can course some rpm "drift" at the higher rpm..
I have just taken the signal from the loom, this works for me..
