My chain need adjusting on my sf but the manual I have says the back wheel tightens up to 88Hm.

Can any one tell me what this is in English, is 88Hm the same as 88Nm ?

Also is there a better manual avaliable and where can I get one, the one I have just seems to lable eveything thing and thats it, no specs or anything.
