I noticed with the standard 120 front tyre on my nc35 there seems to be a gap between the tyre and rim. Can a wider tyre be fitted and would this give any advantages?

wider than a 120??? you sure? i dont know of any bike with a wider tyre than a 120

what tyres do you use? On my NC30 i ran Dunlop 'ditch finder' Sportmax, which i found to be stickier but less
long lasting than the Bridgestone bt090s that are on my NC35 now. I think the ditchfinder was the a10.. cant remember.
What tyres would you recomend for the nc35? what does everyone here use?

tyres are personal, but i have used BT090s but now have an alpha10 on, and rate it seriously highly in the dry. decent in the spring wet, not tried it in the depths of winter wet

On my nc35 last year i was riding on bridgestone bt92s. They were really good grippy enough for me to grind the majority of my footpeg off and lasted a good while too.

I use Dunlop GPR70sp's which seem to be quite good.
