Hi guys, Just bought myself a 1990 fzr400rr which aint in the best nick but its taxed n tested and i got it for not a lot of money. Looking for sum info on it on the t internet and came across this site. Great site and lots of info!!! just wondering what you guys would recommend as for the suspension? its a bit soggy and crap so i think i mite get new oil and springs in the forks but not to sure about the rear shock???

for the road standard is just fine, might be worth a refresh? there are a few companies that do it, or you could try the r6 conversion or ive got a nice oxon shock with progressive spring that might fit!
try lajracing (in the traders section) for front springs and oil as he's doing discount for 400gb members! be worth doing the seals aswell at the same time!
