as for cleaning just normal carb cleaner

I can vouch for the link above - used it as a good reference myself a few weeks ago. Took a long time to work up the confidence in my skills to do it, but it is relatively a breeze.
1 at a time, and note what comes from what, and clean EVERYTHING as you go.
Nearly every Oring will require replacing - tis best to just change em anyway. Dont forget the pilot jet holder Oring - they tend to flatten out over the years and dry out badly too.
Be sure to replace the Oring under the cap on top too, you can easily lose vaccuum pressure there if not.

The job that might freak you out looking at it first is the separation and removal from the engine and airbox, but it is a breeze. and a good tip for getting it back on it the tiniest skim of vaseline to make things go a bit smoother!

can you tell me where i can get the o-rings and a gasket kit and do i need any special tools. gonna give it a go!

your gonna need to get nitrile o-rings to be properly fuel resistant, but I dont know are the OEM rings made of nitrile. http://www.cmsnl.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; will let you order by part number, and you can view the part diagrams (with part numbers) on the page too.
only problem with these lads is that they only deliver via courier. I had to get a mate in the Netherlands to accept the delivery for me and post it over (9euro total vs 32euro direct with a courier - for about 40grammes of inventory!!)

the float bowl gaskets are definitely gonna have to be gotten from that crowd, unless you have a local zuki dealer with access to them by part number - and most dont. There's a crowd in Dublin, Ireland (Priory Motorcycles) that might end up saving you some money over the Dutch crowd....

will try and do a pic later of the ones you definitely need to change, but I would read that link above THOROUGHLY at least 3 times before attempting your first carb refurb.

For o-rings PM Variablevalves suck (Chris). He supplied mine.
