Red light on the dash

Hi everyone, i know this will be the most basic question posted on here but i have just bought a nc30 and the top right light on the dash is red? But i dont know what it means?? The bike doesnt start at the moment as the battery was buggered!

it's the oil pressure warning light.it should come on when the ignition is switched on and go off after a few seconds after the bike has been started.

Oh thanks mate. was getting worried about that light. but when i get the battery 2moro and get her started up it should go off then! :) Thanks

it should go off after a few seconds,it just lets you know the oil pressure is hunky dory :D
any reason for the gubbed battery?

Hang on, top right on an NC30?
That would be turn signals...
Top left is oil pressure!
Definalty right?

yep, jesus is is right, the top right light is the turn signal light, top left is oil pressure. just been out and checked.

Isn't it just the nc35 which has the Oil light top left, my nc30 speedo's have the oil light top right.

the nc30 lights are a cluster of 4,but the post states its a red light and on the basis the signal light is amber/yellow i went with it being the oil pressure light.
