Anyone care to spare a sparkplug?

Post by boyracer »

Good evening guys,

As the title suggests, I want to weld up a compression tester adapter and need an old plug to butcher for the cause.

Any charitable folks up at this hour?

Cheers

It sounds like a ploy I know...
Fact of the matter is, we're a family of South African boatbuilders who just happened to end up in a country which nc30 fever never reached... Expensive spares up here bub

Certainly,

It was a fair number of years ago, I was very young and got sent home for a couple of the longer hauls, but I'm trying to convince my father to write a book about our family's travels... Lots of hurricane/whale encounters/west African pirates/capsized-pumping water out by hand in the north sea goodness and tomfoolery. My father became confused when the papers learned of his arrival in Norway and wanted to dedicate a sizable article to him...
This is on a traditional Colin Archer wooden yacht with no modern navigational equipment... Miss those days something terrible
