Clutch - where from?

Post by britaxcooper »

Can someone tell me where to buy a new set of friction plates?

Cheapest ive found is "Kyoto" plates at £34.50 from wemoto, are these any good? Wemoto recommends them. My clutch is slipping quite badly (suddenly came on today after a hard ride), Checked cable adjustment which didnt help, I thought you must be able to adjust the plates but you cant (never got dirty with the bike until now).....The bikes been stood over winter so I wasnt sure if the springs had weakened? Can you get new diaphragm springs?

DSS didnt list them on the website so I ordered them from wemoto as I use the bike daily. £34 seemed a good price. Might just end up getting some springs if the plates are fine.
