as far as i know these are the plugs to suit a vfr400, i am yet to do a plug change on this bike as i just got it but before it sees the track i will be doing one and from what i have read it can be a pain in the a$$ to do???
is there any special tools i need before attempting this?
what size spark plug socket do i need for this?
and what do i have to remove to get to these?

There not that bad to replace I have done worse. I use a deep 13mm socket (1/4 drive), but the tool in the toolkit is good enough for the job. Rears are the easiest just squeeze your hand throught the hole in the seat unit, fronts are easier if you move the radiator slightly out of the way ( you will need to remove the mid fairing sections to access this), im pretty certain theres instructions on changing them in the little owners manual that should have come with the bike too.

yer i read the manual and it says speacial tool lolz the back seem to be pretty accessible and shouldnt be to hard.... i will lower the top radiator and attack the front ones :) so i 13mm deep socket will do the job :) cheers for that didnt wanna hook in to doing it and get stuck cheers mn

If the bike is for track purposes only might I suggest yougo for ER10's rather than 9's.

oh ok are these ER10's hard to come by and how much are they usually? and whats the difference are these better for long high temperature riding??
