Powdercoating

I was quoted £80 per wheel that included being dipped, blasted, de-gased, primed, and painted.

I would need to strip the wheels of all tyres & bearings etc.

Is this a fair price?

£80 each sounds like a right rip-off. £80 for the pair would be about right. I know a few frinds had theirs done for about £30 a wheel and that was prepping, blasting and coating (although the wheels had no bearings or tyres. Just make sure and block up the areas you don't wnat coating getting into.

Just got a reply back today from another company and they quoted me £35 per wheel which i thought was good that included the same process.

Can't believe the other company quoted me £80 per wheel idiots! You would of though they'd want the buisness in these harsh times.
