how hard was this fitment. Where I race the temps are often mid 30's celcius, sorry don't do farenheit and the speeds aren't very high so my bike often overheats. Does the F$ radiator provide better cooling?

it wasnt so difficul to do. I had to make new brackets to mount the top as the f4 mounts are wider. Also, I had to go to an auto parts store to find some pre-molded hoses to make it work. Last, there was one port on the f4 radiator that had to capped off.
As far as temperature goes, if it is cold, I put tape over it like the 2-smokers do and its fine.
Other rads are talked about ZX6R is a no but '99 R1 could be a yes.FWIW, I run a cbr600 F4/ F4i radiator. i dont know how it would fit with the new Tyga stuff, but it just fits inside the stock replica body work (fiberglass).
It is 50% larger than stock.

The benefit of this for me to avoid bike overheating. I generally commute every day and due to the traffic I get bike overheat.
