cbr400 go kart on the way , any ideas etc welcome.

i have an engine (NC29) and im planning to put it in to a go kart :D , has anybody done this be4? , advice and ideas for starting welcome, thanks.

I don't think NC29 engine will reasonable to fit. It's better to set up less powerful engine to kart as for me.

there was also gixxer kart getting about...gsxr1100 powered
anythings poss with a welder and an angle grinder

to be honest the more places it is put the more it will be seen + more advice cud be given, not everybody looks at the cbr section.

regardless, and while i appreciate what your saying, i have kindly asked you not to do that and if i or any of the mods see any more they will be canned along with the account.
If no one looks at the CBR section then thats a shame as its a CBR engine you asked about not a VFR engine so you can see my point ? maybe in hindsight if you posted it in the non model specific section you may have had a better response, on the flipside i suspect more owners are adept to bikes that cart conversions. but best of luck with your project and it will make interesting reading as it comes along.
