Cheers guys, must have had a blind moment....
Annoyingly, one of the pilot screws has been overtightened or seized solid. Had to leave it

You will NEED to get that rectified matey, pilot screw set-up is essential to the proper running of the bikes fueling system.

The only reason I have chosen to leave it is that the bike ran before like this. The only reason I have chosen to mess around with it is Mr Rick told me to adjust the pilots.
Can replacement pilot screws be gotten hold of?
I would not be looking forward to drilling out something as small as that!

Lashings of WD40 and a gentle turn until it comes loose. It might well be crud filled threads but its best to free them up and set them as instructed by Rick.
