are vfr and rvf radiator hoses the same?

Got a set of samco hoses and the top hose from the thermostat to the rad is too long. Are rvf hoses different to vfr hoses?

i remember a while back someone had this exact same problem......

they purchased samco hoses and the one running from the thermostat to the top radiator was too long.

i can't remember the outcome,whether it was because the nc30/35 hoses are different,and off the top of my head im not entirely sure.

Hoses are the same matey, if it's too long why not cut it? I had to cut mine when I fitted the RLR top rad.

was a bit unsure as it will invalidate any guarantee ive got. I've emailed where I've got them from so i shall wait and see what they say. if they are different I'll be surprised. I thought rvf and vfr motors were basically the same.

cut it. didn't get a reply from them and couldn't be arsed to ring them. its all done now so happy days

i ended up having to cut both of the ones on the rhs of the top rad. its all together now. cant wait to ride it and get it on the dyno to see if the moriwaki half system and mhp end cans make any difference.
