Now she flys! I'll tell you how
I have posted many questions concerning carbs. I have replaced all normal parts, plugs, filters, oil, rubber carb manifold connectors etc but could not get the bike to perform. It felt like a 125cc. I followed the manual telling me 3 1/2 turns out for the pilot air screws and could not understand why the high rev power problem. I decided to turn the screws out to 4 turns and I got 212K/ph in 5th in no time!!! At 8k+ you have to hang on. So I am extremely happy that my bike is going like a bomb!!! Thanks for all your replies and help to my questions, thought I'd share my joy.

I share it but check your plugs so you don't run it lean you don't want it to overheat
