THINKING OF BREAKING '88' 3EN1

i have got a 1988 3en1 that i got off a friend now i have been thinking of breaking it for spares can i have some feedback as to whether parts for these bikes are sought after or whether i will have to stich taggy up with most of it??

I think you take your chances. I wouldn't have said that they are sort after unless someone is restoring to standard. If you don't want a quick sale though, you can get good money for a fair few parts when the right person comes along who needs something that simply isn't kicking around anywhere else at that time. I'd be tempted to sell as a full bike if it's a 3EN1. If it's running and in good nick you should be looking at a nice £500 at this time of year.
If you do break it, list full measurements of every aspect of every part and you should widen your audience to more of the street-fighter guys.

The top fairing, fairing lowers, downpipes are worth the most.
Brake discs can be worth something when somebody wants a replacement pair.
You may get something for the frame if you advertise it as an FZR600 3HE replacement.
But they're not worth much without tax and MOT.
