Clutch and Suspension help

Ok, first off; when my bike is warm, it has trouble finding neutral which i'm told is an indicator that the clutch should be replaced. Can anyone confirm that before I start looking for clutch plates for sale? I say warm, however my temp gauge doesn't seem to work!

Secondly, i'd like to stiffen up my rear suspension, as it seems to squirm a little under hard acceleration, is that a simple job?? (I only weigh 9st btw, don't know if that's important).

Dont know about your clutch, but for the suspension mod, do what i did and fit a K7 shock to it:
