afaik you have two choices
magteks or dymags, dymags new are around 600 each (i think) and magteks can only be got 2nd hand,i think the last pair i heard sold for around 400 but are next to impossible to get

I have the Dymags on mine and they are sweet but pricey. I run my bike on the track though and do not have to worry much about potholes and other road hazards. I am not sure I would get them for the street as in the USA the streets are really dodgy and in need of repair. It would make me cry to spend that $$$ and have it soon trashed.

Dymags are available new?
I contacted the australian distributor and was told they are no longer made for NC30/35...

i had dymags for my nc30. I bought them new. over £800 for the rear and £500 and something for the front. PDQ are the main south of UK distrubitor for them so gie them a call and you dont get them cheaper by buying them in a pair.
hope that helps
i didnt really have them long enough to tell how much difference they made the overall performance of the bike.

I contacted Dymag to resolve that discrepancy and this is what I was told: (in case anyone was wondering)
I'm sorry but we no longer produce the 5 spoke single sided casting to suit the RVF400. We can still make the 17 x 5.25 from our 3 spoke cast mag range but a minimum order of 5 sets is required.
Might explain why i was hearing two different stories...
