hi folks,

i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.

i'm in the happy position of picking up my new to me uk model nc30 at the end of the month... :D. shes like a young cinderella, beautiful but much interfeared with.
job 1 is the rear shock. i've been quoted £110 by k tech to get it rebuilt, but being a lanky bugger with a slight pie problem would i be better of with a race shock (nitron for example) with hieght adjustment?

all help is greatfully recived as i know very little about these bikes.

ta muchly

jc..... :)

A new shock is a new shock, a re-built one is and old shock in a new frock. If you can afford to buy a Nitron then go for it, but if you want to keep the costs down then get the old one re-built.

I got a nitron road shock through Rick Oliver, and new fork intenral kit aswell.

Transformed the bike, and i now have a fisher price coloured shock at the back, very japanese lol.
