Try this link

They can do a base gasket for the yzf whatever thickness you need. I'm about to order a 3.5mm one for the 727cc engine i'm building.
Only problem is the postage from America

Re: base gaskets
Hey Steve ... is the thicker base gasket reusable ???
If not would it be better to get an alloy plate cnc cut and use 2 gaskets ... that would give you some rebuildability.
Otherwise - How about we buy a few between the interested parties (I'm in) and share the total costs ???

Re: base gaskets
Well evil my pistons should turn up tomorrow, though I wont be able to measure them until thurs as I have CCS tomorrow
then a leaving do to go to. But as soon as i've measured i'll put a post up and order a few then.
They are made from copper, so are softer than ally but can take a higher temp. If the head is torqued up correctly i think you could use them again but measure them first
maybe add a normal base gasket if it has contracted slightly.
You seem well up for the 727 Boris, think they could be a monster, maybe as fast as a new 600.

Re: base gaskets
Definately up for the 720 ... I've got a 4JH in the garage as we speak. Do your pistons raise compression too ??? Let me know how much the gaskets are + postage
Did you get the pistons from TTS ??? I'll try and see them at the Excel Show and order them there.
On a similar subject ... I finally got a set of versize pistons for my SB6 1146cc and a bit of a raise in compression to 12.9 so a bit like you I've got bits of engine in different places of my flat.
