Pretty much like the title says. Is there any advantage ? If so in what way.

I fitted '35 carbs over a year ago and I think they work better for my bike. I think the throttle response is better, it feels like there is more mid-range and its reportesd to give a better top end too. Now I did more than change the carbs at the time so that can't all be attributed to that. I also fitted a twin-stack exhaust and put short stacks all round in the carbs, HRC springs, re-jetted and a K+N filter.
'35 carbs on a '30, its the way forward.

I also have 35 cabrs on mine and have done for a couple of years now.
The initial pickup is faster and the revs fairly zip round the tacho. I have a messy midrange due to the open airbox and 130 jets I run but up top it is great. I also have the stumpy stacks and have the drilled slides. needles lifted 1mm.
You saw it at Rockingham anyways when I finally overtook you..lol
I would recommend it and cannot see any particular downside to it but saying that..I will be using the NC30 carbs on my NC30 race bike so will see how I can get them setup.

The reason you went passed me was far more to do with talent then the bikes.
But if you remember on the long straights mine was really pulling, and that was with it being set up poorly and running ruff.
Fingers crossed this will all be sorted when it comes back from Ricks.
Plus I will be buying the Programmable ignition unit.
Well the plan is to make the very tricked up race bike out of the parts I have fitted to the "WEST" bike and all of the new ones I am adding to the list. Things like the Ignition system can be used on both. OH I HAVE SOME PLANS..................ehehehehehehehehehehe.
