I need all of your epxert help now so I don't buuy crap I don't need or can't use first.

Backround on myself first,
My name is Kurt and I currently live in Minneapolis MN USA and have been building and riding Hondas for 8 years now. My current dual use track/street bike is a 00' RC51 with more real power gains/weight savings mods done than I care to list. Many of which are thanks to you all over sea's and some of the great friends I've made across the pond that have helped me source rare and killer race parts.

Long story short, I wanted a rare bike from the Honda line that would give me something else to throw money at and ring out on some of the shorter technical tracks they have here. I also wanted to ease my Girl friend into our sport as she seems to be more interested in the track day life as an escape from the corporate world.

My search brought me to a few bikes but how many of us can throw money at an RC30/45 full knowing that we may lowside the pig at any time? The choice over here was easy, a NC35 with a legal street use title.
After months of searching and deal after deal falling through, I finally found one in California. The bike is set to be delivered the 26th of January 2009 and I am going to view it before it ships on the 13th.

I can't wait to find out where this bike has been/mods done already/ and the damage it's been through.

Before I ask this question I want to first say I've been all over this site as well as other sites searching for this info. I also understand that it may have been covered before but I still need your help.

What parts do you all know can transfer from the other honda models to the NC35?
This could be rearsets to clip ons to brake calipers. If you know it, share the knowledge!
Thanks in advance.
Kurt

Nice choice! There are some top shelf US racers on here with NC's.

The nc35 obviously shares many parts with the nc30. It might be easier if you actually post up specific items that you need to know about.

Rearsets: NC35 only shares the pattern with NC30's, pretty much same goes for rear sprockets.

Clipons: All you need to know is the fork diameter, then all aftermarket will fit.

Calipers: CBR600rr and rc51 (non-radials) will bolt straight on to the '35.

Kick ass! :D
I was praying the RC51 clalipers were going to fit. I also have some clip ons and brembo masters that should fit then.
How about rear wheel options? I'm having a hell of a time finding a rear wheel option I've seen pics of on a few bikes. In fact, Thorsten had a certain model rear wheel on his RC30 project I fell in love with. I know the five spokes are Marvic but what are the three spoke mags, Dymag perhaps?

dymag do 3 and 5 spoke, magtek's are nice they look like the original spoke pattern, and you can make some ducati wheels fit which means you could probably make a marchesini ducati wheel fit, not sure on models

Dymag now only do the 3 spoke due to problems with the 5 spoke needed to order some before christmas and was told they no longer do the 5 spoke

Thorsten mostly use PVM wheels, the three-spoke is a earlier (discontinued) PVM one, but they are too wide for the NC, go with oem, dymag or magtek.

that sucks the 5 looked mint imo, so was it a problem with manufacturing them i presume and not a saftey problem withthe wheels itself?
