What master cylinder

Post by tanuki »

As I have broken the plastic noggin on mine this afternoon and I cant see how you would repair it, what master cylinders do you lot use with SP1 calipers?

I want to stay Honda really because of my Pazzos, so I am assuming SP1 perchance LOL

I am sure a few of you use RI/GSXT radial jobbies, do they take a standard Honda lever??

You can go for an SP1 unit like Rhory has. I use a non-radial GSX-R item, but that wouldn't take your Pazzo. You'd be looking at 'Blade, SP1 or CBR600 (obviously non-radial ones). Look on the Pazzo site and it'll tell you what your lever is compatible with.

I got cbr600 03 (same as sp1) with my cbr600 03 calipers (also same as sp1) and there bloody good but im pritty sure the lever is different to standard vfr/rvf's, if you want to keep it honda go sp1, if you want to go elsewere smev has a rsv 1000 mille master cylinder (radial) he was raving about at the odiham track day which i he pickup up for pritty cheep if i recall

never tried r1/gsxr but apparently there good, but sure the levers will be different.
