Clerance issue with Tyga Twin Stack system

I've just mounted a Tyga Twin Stack system.
The overall impression of the system is great, and the fitting was a piece of cake.
I do though have 1 small problem: The rear of the bike is raised a couple of cm's, and I'm running 520 chain on a 44T rear sprocket. In this setup there isn't much room between the chain and one of the exhausts pipes (the collector pipe from the rear cylinder bank). There is no contact when turning the wheel by hand with the bike on an ABBA stand, but with the engine started (the chain is 'slapping' up and down there is contact between the chain and pipe.
Any other with this 'problem'?

If you have raised the rear up that much you might have to do what they did on the '45 and run a chain roller off the footrest hanger or lug.

This is no real help I know, but I have pretty much the same problem with my Tyga twinstack.
I only use a 40t rear sprocket which helps, but I have a 317mm long shock on there which makes it worse.
The most positive observation I can make is that as soon as you put your weight on the bike the suspension compresses to a point where there is adequate chain clearance so in terms of real world riding the only likely chain contact will be when you are hard on the brakes. I think that the RC30 `pro-squat` rear brake torque linkage I use on my NC30 should help maintain the clearance even then (though of course that`s not an option on your `35, Morten).

RVF: Do you have any futher information on or pic's of this roller? The bracket must be stong and solid as it must be able to hold off the chain when engine braking.
Rick: Yes I know the problem is smaller with weight on the wheel and me in the saddle, but the track I use to go to have a low speed turn at the end of the straight, so there is plenty of heavy braking, and there is a top where the wheels comes off the ground if one isn't carefull.
I'll try to get futher info on the chain roller, and maybe we can figure out something together :D

Have done a little thinking: The bracket doesn't have to be very solid as the chain under engine braking will be streched and therefore not in contact with the roller. :D
