for sale....RVF panels and bits
Will be my RVF OKI panels which is a full set of Honda panels NOT including the nosecone.
There are a few things to be aware of, there are a number of repairs done to the panels prior to painting one of which on one of the seat panels has cracked again and also on the RHS belly pan there is some bubbling of the paint where it got heated with a heat gun by accident while I was doing something to the CBR...DOH!!
The panels have been sprayed so that they will match up perfectly with a standard Red RVF nosecone so the RT version is perfect and the RR version would need the 2 blue triangle stickers removed.
also coming up for sale soon are..
Hinged billet Harris clip-ons
Tyga Lockstop reducer
Alloy screen brace
as soon as the items are removed from the bike (during the xmas break) I will post more pics and put these up in the for sale section, just thought I would offer them to you guys first.
There are a couple of bits I would like like a new can must be no longer than 420mm in length, be slip on and have spring lugs in the 12 - 6 o clock positions, and also a standard shaped carbon mudguard so maybe a deal can be done.

offers welcome but I am in no rush to sell.....the credit crunch does not affect me LOL

I would keep the the tyga steering reducer as i found the pazzo clutch lever hits the clocks on full lock using standard clipons. No matter what i did with the perch on the bar it still did it (tygas reducer sorted it).

It can't be right.... Billy's bikes are never clean...
The bike is too clean....must have had Craig S/Guess Who round for a brew and left him for 2 minutes with his bike...lol
Is the RVF stop interchangeable with the VFR?

Re: for sale....RVF panels and bits
I have been asked by a few people to post pics of the damaged panels so here they are:
This is the small chip on the top of the seat unit also you can just see the cable tie you have to use as the lug is missing :

this is where the paint has bubble slightly on the belly pan:

this is where that bubble has cracked:

the crack on the seat unit:

and finally the misssing lug on the underneath of the belly pan:

you can see by the first pics how good the panels look on the bike and the damage is hardly noticable.
Open to offers.....

Re: for sale....RVF panels and bits
EDIT... Due to a mishap this afternoon there is now a couple of new scratches on the same seat panel as the crack.

some more pics of what you get :

New from David Silver you would be looking at £700 delivered so with that in mind and taking into consideration the damage and the fact the panels do have some repairs under the paint I guess I am looking for around £350, I'm in no rush to sell as I know they will go for sure once the good weather comes around.
Does that sound about right????

Re: for sale....RVF panels and bits
That sounds about right to me Billy. Good luck with the sale chum. What made you decide to go back to the standard panels?
