Hi Guys I need to replace my Main Jets and tracked down a supplier who supplies them, but they informed me they do not come with o rings, In my Manuel they are listed. is there anyone out there who has had the same issue

I got the kit from LiteTek, Yes brilliant service but it does not come with o rings for main jets, I contacted them and they said there is no o rings needed but mine has o rings on two of the 4 jets and in the user manual.

Are you sure you are right with the model ?
Thought the 71 only had two carbs that are twin choke so only two main jets.

76a has four mains with o'rings.

yep 4 mains jets on the Bike its defo GK71 B. Stripped and ready for rebuild

Ye had a quick red of the manual,
Interesting carbs, twin mains, needles, etc and one diaphragm up top.
So UK official import as per manual shows a o'ring between the main and the needle jet but interestingly the the website you link to for spares doesn't show a o'ring so I'm guessing they did slight differences for different markets.

If you want to fit o'rings I'd measure an old one then buy the closest viton one you can, if you read tony sleeps carb blog he links to a viton supplier.

Very, very similar carbs but slight differences, the o'ring for example.

The o-ring fits on to the main jet? If you can give me all of the dimension of the groove that it fits into and the housing diameter then I can calculate an appropriate size.
