Full tank CBR 400 Lasts how many miles??

Hi all CBR 400 riders/owners
I just wanted to know how many miles have people got on a FULL tank of Petrol. I got 147 miles in the city so far without being economical/normal/slow/fast riding.
Also I have wanted to see once how many miles I would get on 2 litres of petrol and it came up to 25.2 miles and it was completely empty from 2 litres. This means for every litre in the city I got 12.6 miles per litre. 1 GALLON IS equal to 4.54 litres, this means 12.6 miles multiplied 4.54. This means I got 57 miles per gallon (57 MPG) Exactly.
How many miles has everyone else got on a FULL tank of fuel from their CBR 400?
Thanks

I can't say I've done the math as well as yourself but I recently ran out of petrol on the motorway at 182km, being 113 miles. However I later had to rebuild and balance the carbs as they were running horribly so that may be very different now. Only got the bike running on Tuesday so I will keep posted if I run out again

Thats great, 113 miles is not really a good figure lol. I must say that I weigh 53 kgs and that must surely help with fuel consumption. I am also 5'9. The optimum/correct speed for low fuel consumption is 50 to 60 mph I think on the motorway.
Use good quality fuel as well, that might make a difference and try not to carry too many things on the CBR

135 miles is also what I usually get, and then you have to switch to reserve.
I worked out 55 miles per gallon that is more fuel efficient than a Volkswagen POLO in the city!
I want to know the fuel efficiency of other CBR 400s, please everyone write down how many miles your CBR 400 goes on a full tank until you have to fill up again

I think Im around 135 but I tend to fill up once I reach the 100 miles on the trip meter.

Update, all ba;anced and running much happier I got 204km out of the tank and did not touch reserve, so around 126 miles with a little bit left. I am however 89kg and 182cm (6ft 1") so I will surely eat more juice than yourself :) I always use 95 or 98 octane.

Oh hahaha yea I'm really thin and lightweight but really strong for my weight!
I'm good at stamina....like Mohammed Farah the long distance runner, he weighs only like 57Kg or something like that, but he's brilliant in athletics. I've become quite unfit now as in school I used to play alot of football and run for the school bus as I was always late to get up in the morning from bed, and I'm still regularly late lol (NOT GOOD).
I have started trying Shell V power Nitro petrol to see if it makes any difference. Has anyone tried using Shell V power petrol and does it make any difference?
I'm using my bike to go part time work in London on the weekends and each way is 10 miles and I only have to fill 2 litres to go to work and come back home!
Yea my weight of 53 kgs is definitely causing the bike to go faster and perform better fuel efficiency wise.
I have a friend who has an R1 and I'm able to keep up with him....also I had a guy on a CBR 600 who had joined us for a ride and he was surprised by how fast I was able to go...I told him because I'm lightweight LOLLL.
Let me know if people have used Shell V power or anyother higher performance fuel and has it made any difference??
Thanks

Nice you balanced the carbs....my CBR is not idling and I have to sort that out. 204 KM is pretty good without touching the reserve, you might get 141 miles.....I have got the best so far without trying 147 miles and there was some fuel left.
If I try really hard and I mean test it on the motorway and go really smooth and economical for the full tank, I reckon I should be able to get 170 miles.....

To be fair all my current riding is commuting and filtering, so up and down the box and the (non-functional) speedo, which won't help my MPG. I'm sure if you are just running it dry and doing 6th gear 100kph motorway running you could get lots more k's out of it
