Hi all,
I have an H plate SP which has been stood a while.
I have put new spark plugs in. New fuel too. It cranks quickly off a car battery but doesn't even give the vaguest suggestion that it might start.
I took the tank off and filled the fuel line with fresh fuel but noticed that when it was cranking it wasn't drawing that fuel into the carbs.
I assume the next step is get the carbs off for a clean out.
Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

If there is no fuel to the carbs, the fuel tap is your 1st point of call.
