Spacers for after market fairing rear section

Post by FluxCo »

Hello, I made a little 3d printed spacer to help my after market fairing fit a bit nicer. I am pretty chuff with it.

before, a gap with the bolt screwed all the way in:

after, no more gap:

Nice solution to the problem. No rattles, I like this.

Nothing wrong with a bit of free enterprise to fund the hobbies, good luck with it

Thanks! I am totally loving having a 3d printer. I snapped the speed sensor bracket the other day. I didn't have any epoxy but 3d printer to the rescue.

Thanks!

I designed the speed sensor bracket with a channel for a zip tie to lock in the shaft of the sensor. The best part about it is, its super satisfying to feed in the zip tie. It would get guided by the channel and smoothly come back out.
