Is there anything I can do with my rear shock?
It's really soft and I bounce all over the place
The preload only goes 2 turns from lock to lock and it's currently set about half way on the Spring.
When funds get better il get a bmw rear shock but i need to sort front forks this month

It's probably in need of a rebuild.

Ok so half way on the preload
Then Spring is wound about half way
It's the standard shock

Standard for which model, does it have rebound damping adjustment and remote reservoir? Spring preload should be adjusted for ride height and will have more than 2 turns. Damping adjuster is for spring motion control. If the rear end is "bouncing all over the place" and there is no damping adjuster or it does not have the desired effect, then as jim157 suggested, your shock needs a rebuild. Shock rebuilding is not covered in the Honda service manual and is a specialist operation.

What country? So it has a remote reservoir and rebound adjustment. Have you tried adjusting the rebound adjuster?

Where's the rebound adjuster?
I'm in England

On the lower shock mount, slotted screw slot. Not UK based cannot help with rebuild.
