WOW, that's some design. I've never seen a system like that before, might it be a bespoke system?

Looks like a crazy design...like it though!
you reckon fairing clearance is going to be OK with it?

never thought that faring clearence would be a problem to be honest but its only for the trackbike so i'll make it fit if thasts the case
At £130 for a full system though its gota be worth a punt, if all goes well and it performs well then i'll clean it up and sort the end can out.

Looks like a very early style system, it reminds me of nc24 aftermarket systems.
They often used 'cast' type bends as on this system instead of full tubing.
Will it fit an nc30/35?

iv been designing some exhaust systems for my nc30 and the design i was going to build was very simalar to that, joining the cylinders together in sequence of the fireing order, so if the f/o was 1-3-2-4 join cylinders 1 & 3 together and exit in one can then join 2 & 4 which exit in another, this should aid cylinder scavenging and give a broad spread of power, depending on the primary length, wether you stager the primarys, step up or down in size, ect.. the only trouble is im having a hard time locating parts, dose anyone know of a company in the uk that sells exhaust parts like tubing, bends, end caps, packing, perferated tube, ect.. most of the companies that come up on google are in the states.

You got me worried now, the bike a bare frame at the moment so trial fitting the exhaust to see if it fits is not possible right now. Might just put the frame up on the abba stand, bolt the engine in and fit the exhaust, at least then i got a chance of sending it back if it doesnt fit.
Also a friend of a friend who works for DEP said he'll re sleeve the can. thinking maybe carbon with carbon end cap but might be best to stick to alloy and keep the jap look.
