Quick question - does the RVF use the same rubber/plastic scoop above the top radiator to direct air to the carbs?

I can only see move of a 'skirt' cover thingy on exploded parts diagrams, that appears to have holes cut out for the spark plug caps?

From the parts diagram it doesn't Currently trying to obtain the front flap NLA /out of stock on any of the usual parts suppliers might end up having to fabricate one from scratch . I'm guessing it does a similar job to the nc30 arangment drawing still air through the snorkel as the air tubes to the nose cone are more fashion than function possibly ? I have a spare nc30 flap and plate haven't got round to seeing if that fit/work .
