Whats the widest tyre i can put ot my rear rim (the rim is 3.00 i think)? I was told that 140/70 would be ok, standart is 130/70
Edit: is there a rim from other bike that will fit straight into without much fitments? (that is wider than 3.00 ofcourse)

rim to tyre chart smallest - ideal - largest possible
please check manufacturer ratings too, just becuase a tyre will fit it doesnt mean its safe to do so, you might encouter other issues too.
especially if you mix a modern radial on the back and a crossply on the front (front is bigges tissue)
stock tyres are fine for street use on the bike anyway bt45

no worries.. ive seen an nc24 with a 150/60 - 18 on a stock 3.5 rear rim ebfore now.. ithink it was a bt090.
thats a radial tyre though so unless you can find a matching radial for the frount i wouldnt mix bias and radial tyres..
the nc24 geometery was desgined for bias plys in mind so probably best sticking to them unless your really adventurerous and good at setting thing up else you might get into unexpect trouble when pushing hard.
bt39s are the best tyres you can get for the nc24 in terms of grip in the dry.. bt45s are readily avaiable and are fine all rounds, struggle to out-ride their ability on a public road unless you are really really pushing it, and in that case i think youd be better on a track.
back in the day when i was more adventurours i managed to overtake 3 riders on big sports bikes around a giant roudnabout in the pouring rain dragging the footpeg on bt45s..

I am probably going to go with the 140/70 just to be sure. And according to that one i will see if the 150 is going to happen for me

i wouldnt bother personlally, even the stock 130 is fine for the bike. wider tyre just worsens the tip in
