Installing restrictors?
Should the restrictor washers be pushed down to where the rubbers meet the metal? If so any tip on how to do so?

They fit in the rubber within the groove.

Re: Installing restrictors?
Hi matey , just a quick question , are you installing the restrictors for a test? or just restricting the bike for personal use. I only ask because you might want to look at the Certificate of Conformity , although not a legal doc someone might want to see it to prove the bike is restricted, just a thought.

Re: Installing restrictors?
Hi both,
You'd think it would go in the grove however there's nothing holding it in just moves around freely? Didn't seem correct to me...
I'm installing the restrictors to meet the A2 license requirements. I have the certificate which I can sign off my self. If I wanted to use the bike for the test I would have to have an authorised dealer install and sign it off, however I won't be doing the test this bike so not a issue.

Re: Installing restrictors?
Then perhaps your restrictor washers are the wrong size or the rubbers are. Have you tried another rubber? What's the diameter of your washers? Should be 34mm
