Hi guys I have an nc24 which I'm busy fixing up as a project.Im new and glad too be here for advice.My nc is running hot fan takes a while too come in,in fact I never heard it come in.Checked fan works with direct power,took out thermostat which was abit stuck as way
water is dark brown.Flushed radiator as well but water stays brown.Im sitting with question is there any circulation?

Could be blocked up with rust/sludge...take water pump of is best and have a look at impeller/condition of it and also check hoses.chances are it will need to be de-scaled and cleaned.

Hi there guys I checked perpeller it's all tight but I think I left bike in gear shouldn't it still be free even if in gear

I've seen worse but looks ok..best to just spin it over on starter quickly to see if it spins..you wouldn't be able to turn it by hand anyway...check hoses and flush them through until water is clear

Did you take the sprocket cover of or gear lever??..

Yes I took that off too get waterpump screw out.
