Hi, not trying to sound clever or anything but if you are building a one off then skys the limit, you can pretty much fit anything if you have the skills and importantly have access to milling, lathes etc.
If you want to keep it simple and cheap then most 400cc and 250cc parts should work with little extra work.
The RGV banana swing arms slide straight in with very little work plus you can run two of the pipes up through the original exhaust cut-out so aiding ground clearance.
Standard front end should work well, may need a new top yoke machined if you run straight bars.
If you want to run radial brakes then the whole front will have to be swapped due to the larger spindles and disc diameter of the the modern stuff.

Haha, front should not be a problem, have you got everything yokes and all.
If the head bearings are the same size you laughing if not will be worth asking if a 76a owner can measure the distance between the fork legs to see if the 76a yokes will work, NC guys are using RVF yokes to fit radial front ends so I'm assuming most everything is a similar diameter fork upper.

Hope that rear works out, they 5.5" with a 180 if I remember, that's a big rear end do you think that you can get enough tyre clearance from the front sprocket?
Have you loose fitted the engine in the frame yet you can then place the wheel in a rough position and line the chain, I think 180 rear will be big.
