Turn Indicator on Cluster

Anyone ever had a wiring issue with the light on the cluster for your turn signals?

I'm getting nothing. All the signals are working. Swapped out bulbs, left handlebar switch, signal relays and the little bit or harness that connects to it with no results.

I finally checked the voltage and on one of the connectors coming off the main harness the voltage is very low. My question is could the signal relay be going bad and causing this or is the only cause some sort of problem in the wiring harness?

If you voltage id low you need to work backwards until you find the problem, usually a bad connection or a break where the loom moves about the steering.

I'm exploring the loom now and the connector.

I guess this is why the signal light on the cluster wasn't working.

Thank god I had an old loom I could break into and trace the wire before I had to do it on the real thing. That light must not have ever worked. It looked like all the original sheath on the loom.
