This picture is from the rear left head. I noticed this tonight when I was removing the rear manifold and got a little worried. Anyone any ideas?

That lighter tone isnt necessarily a sign of running lean, if you look at the spark plug chart for mixture indications, a medium brown plug is a sign of correct mixture,bottom left is running way lean.. Take the plug out that cylinder and check the condition.. This photo shows colour difference in two, well rich cylinders
