Jet sizes
Just stripping carbs to fit new Lite Tek seal kit and want to replace jets as they look a bit tatty. I know the mains are 92.5 outsides and 90 for the inner carbs. What are the jets next to the mains that look identical and what are the sizes as I can't read whats stamped on them. (3EN2)
A quick reply would be good so I can order them ASAP (Wemoto ????)

Re: Jet sizes
A member on here went to the trouble of scanning the 3EN2 parts fiche and then CRM (site owner)
spent time converting and hosting it in the documents section so that owners could utilise it at their leisure.
One would have to ask....what was the point. ?

Re: Jet sizes
Have got the parts manual but find the carb diagram pretty complex. Ta for the photo.
Have now sussed the sizes of the starter jets having only just noticed the No. 52.5 in the manual.
Seems the last owner had put the starters in the main holders on 3 carbs !!!!!
Are the starters only available from Yamaha
(It starts fine but wouldn't rev past 5-6k, which isn't suprising now !!!)

That's why I recommended using the parts fiche.redbandit12 wrote: noticed the No. 52.5 in the manual.

The starter and Main jet transposition is notorious on the FZR .
These are good for Mikuni parts;

Re: Jet sizes
You only need to get one carb crossed over too
