yes if in gear the wheel should lock. and you shouldnt be able to push it while in gear with clutch out!!sounds like you have put the clutch back together wrong somewhere along the line!! did you have a manual when you stripped it?

It could be that with new plates the cable needs to be adjusted.

The stuff aint rocket scince i did took the clutch plates out more than 12 times doing it over and over its 9 clutch plates and 8 metal plates i evan haf it at a shop so that they can put it together and still does the same but if i pull the bike back it locks but not if i push it to the front, and the stuf can only go one way up i first thought that the airgun cant shoot the lock nut tight but i f#@k up 2 nuts trying to shoot it tighter an still no luck

If you are 100% sure it built up right then id be measuring the plate thicknesses to make sure they are correct.
In fact id measure everything.

And i sent my clutch so just before it pushes the rod back im realy fed up with ima start the bike and drive it and see what problems it gona through back in my face.. coz as it is now the clucth are sliding ive try to put another metal plate in to what gona hapen but it doesnt work im ready to try anything ill evan light the b!tch up in flames!!!

put the original clutch back on and if normal then you know the parts your bought are shite.
replace with OE parts or exchange for correct bits.
