Hi mate can I ask why you want to change
Bigger tyres
17 rear
Straight answer is no but Suzuki are kings of one fits all so there will be a work around.
Ive Bandit 4 wheels that may fit and would give 17" rim size, I could supply measurements if you interested.

I've only just seen this thread, I've got a GK71B with a skinny rear wheel. Now it has 1988 GSX600F wheels that are a straight swap, instead of the skinny 110 rear, mine's got a 140 wide 17" tyre .
The 4 bolt sprocket carrier fits straight on and I think you'll find that the GSX600F runs a 525 pitch chain. The sprocket should be a straight swap.
I'm not absolutely sure but I think the GK71F rear wheel is the same as the GSX600F.

Great info slabby, has the 600 wheel got the same spoke pattern as the original.
Are you thinking of trying a front, think it would give more tyre like the rear.

The 1988 GSX600F has exactly the same spoke pattern as the original GK71B, early GK71F and RG250. 1989 onwards though all seem to have modern 3 spoke wheels. No reason why RG250 rdiers can't fit this wheel either, the parts are interchangeable.
The 1988 GSX600F front wheel is a 17" size and the discs are solid (no bobbins and not floaters) these are exactly the same as the GK71F front wheel. The problem with fitting the front on standard GK71B forks is the discs are a bigger diameter on the 17" wheel so the calipers won't line up with the mounting lugs on the fork legs. You either need to machine some spacers to offset the calipers or stick with the 16" front wheel.
I did consider getting some discs machined to the original 235mm? diameter to fit the 172 wheel but gave up on that idea. Instead, I've fitted forks & yokes from a GSX750F with the 1988 17" front wheel off the GSX600f with a 110 BT45 tyre. The GK71B DOP brake calipers fit straight onto these forks as MR Hamamatsu liked building parts bin bikes.
It's nearly finished and only needed the lockstops increasing to stop the radiator getting squashed. Lock is down to 26 degrees approx but a lot of newer sportsbikes have chronic turning angles. I also needed to alter the steering lock lugs on the frame and make a small bracket for the ignition barrel.
Have a look at Power Endurance Racer Japanese website for the GK71B, lots of good info on there and translated English text pages.
Hope this helps.....
