Loosing all power on front brakes on NC30

Hi!
In the beginning of last summer, I had my NC30 serviced, amongst other things I had them change my brake fluid. After a while it felt like I was slowly losing power in my front brakes, I could press the handle further and further in before anything happened. After it was resting in the garage for a while, I was gonna take it out for little ride. I had no power on the front brakes at all, and the lever/handle could be pressed all the way in.
The place who serviced the bike said that it most likely was because of old gaskets/seals in the main cylinder.(sorry, I´m not english so I´m not 100% sure of the right words) and that changing the oil meant that everything moved a bit longer then what it usually does under normal circumstances. Which caused the oil to go past the piston I guess? I accepted the explanation, although I´m no mecanic. Does this seem logical?
Anyways, they fixed the brakes with a rep kit for the main cylinder, and it worked the whole season. BUT, when I got my bike out just this weekend, which has been stored the whole winter, it´s the same story.. No power on the front brakes, the lever goes all the way in, no leaks anywhere. What on earth could be wrong? Do you think the shop could have done something wrong?
I want some opinions from you before I contact them, because I have no idea what´s wrong. Especially since they, I assume, changed all the gaskets/seals in the main cylinder with the rep kit.
