Pics please. Type 4 NC30 :)
hey ya.
i am hoping someone can help me here, i am looking for lots of pics of somebodies type 4 NC30, of the whole paint scheme, uppers, lowers, tank, nosecone, tail, h piece, etc.
its looking like the cheapest option for me to replicate on painting my winter/track hack, and the least complicated. still looks well though, a mean mother fecker
.
it would be very well appreciated, even if folks have any random pics lying around, would be great if you could mail em to me. :)
tried browsing the net for ages and the site also, but very very little, even in the gallery
email is monkeywithaplan(@) hotmail.co.uk
EDIT
looks like this

much appreciated
david

If you mean the black scheme with black wheels, I agree it is one of the rarer ones.
It might help if you put a small pic of the scheme you're after, I'm sure someone out there will come to the party.

cheers guys.
just tried bike pics. no joy
your right though, it is a lovely scheme. i was originally gonna sort it with the type 1 r/w/b RC30 rep colours, but i think i will leave that untill it becomes a road bike on down the line (with OE fairings) and the next nc30 track project begins - a long way of thinking i know, lol

a dude called "the fly" on here had a bike in that scheme.
He might have some pics of it? He is a good chap called Simon, lives a couple of miles from me!
Also, another lad...cannot remember his name at all...but will do - he met me to buy a paneol and his bike was that scheme - he was based in Chorley and Nottingham, - chiller? cooler?
Will check the member list and let you know!

Check this site out:
http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~john/vfr/spec ... r400r.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Click on the picture links at the bottom of the page for pics of both sides. It says RC30, but it obviously aint!

my bike has this colour scheme but the owner be for me painted sections of the fairings yellow. why i don't know.
I am on the hunt for some replacement fairings to replace the parts that have yellow strips on. the rear tail unit and the small upper front fairing section.
Easy to change back but hard to find.

nice one. great find :D .
has all the details i think i would need. anyone know if the H piece is black and the surround is silver like the silver trim leading to it?
god, the more i see that scheme the more i am falling in love with it. reminds me a bit of my old NSR125, it was black and silver.

ourkidkurt407, there were some oloder schemes for the nsr125 and CBR600 (import models that were silver and black, but had yellow honda writing. it was nice on it, but was tastefully done). very easy to make a meal of i would think if average joe had a paintbrush and decided "mmmm this would look nice". hope ya get her back to standard.ourkidkurt407 wrote:my bike has this colour scheme but the owner be for me painted sections of the fairings yellow. why i don't know.
