Soni've done a couple of trackdays this year on my NC30
Its got some tatty fairings on and doesnt look that great but thats not an issue,
The problem i've had is that as its basically a road bike i didn't take the sidestand off for the trackdays and because im 6ft1 and 16 stone when i was going round left handers the side stand was catching the floor.
So im wondering whats the best way/options for making the bike more useable on track whilst keeping it as a road bike?
Im thinking jacking the rear end up and a new (cheap ish) shock but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

A new (not chepo) shock would be better
And a fork upgrade would help too, no offence but the stock suspension is built for weedy 7 stone midgets.

Mine needs looking at then as am 8 stone and it feels like you need to weigh more to feel the benefit.
Guessing the rear shock has seen better days as I bet its not been looked at since it was made in the 90s.

The front forks should be fine as i bought overhauled ones set a bit nearer to my body mass haha
Rear though definitely needs doing

Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of where to find the info about the NC35 dog bone swap to jack up the nc30 please?
I've bought a rear shock from Al (abrmoto) amd wondered if the NC30 dogbone can be modified rather than needing an NC35 one?
Cheers
Jimmy

its easy to modift if you can weld the orignal holes over and drill a new one ... search the forum with the search button all the info is about
if not at Yakama said Rick O sells pre-fabbed ones.
