Why custom? You can get something "off the shelf" like this http://tyga-performance.com/site/index. ... 036_84_159

The quality is great (not bought an exhaust, but have bought other stuff from them).

I am not doubting their quality but £1000 for a twin stack system is a bit much though, or am I just being a tight arsenal.

The prices are listed in usd, so more like £600+ . Also if you are skint the non twin stack is £400

I also highly doubt you will find someone to make one for less.

You could always look at DIY. Some guys have made amazing T2 pipes DIY, but that will cost in the equipment again unless you have SS welder handy

If its a twinstack your after it is possible to get the stock system cut and converted into a twinstack, a lot of racers do this using MHP cans, im sure you could do it cheaper by getting some linkpipes and cans made if you did a lot of the work yourself.

There is no such thing as a custom NC system that can be had cheaper than your Tyga/Hiperform/JHA/Ethos etc

If you want new - then pony up the £600 ish for one and enjoy.

I contacted the Hong Kong exhaust manufacturer 'Danmoto' and they're doing me a custom slip on for a cut standard system. It didn't cost any more than their standard exhausts for the custom job, I just had to provide measurements for the inlet pipe (ID and angle).
I think it was $130USD shipped to New Zealand.

I had a custom pipe made, later I found that it touched the chain and it was a bit to close to the one fairing so I had to reshape it a bit (they built it without the chain and fairing). If you can, rather go mass production / off the shelf
