The infills can still be bought new, at a price They occasionaly come up on ebay. Have you tried Graeme France Racing? He might have them new or used. Or try David Silver Spares for new. I often find used ones have the front lugs smashed off or the top midpoint nipples sheared off. Put an ad in the wanted section here.

I've been looking for these as well only got left hand side and its broke. Seem to be able to buy the outer guides no problem just not the inners
