Honda NC30 Oil?

Hi guys,
Just coming up to servicing my NC30 for the first time, just a quick novice question!
I found some Castrol 10w/40 semi synthetic oil on this site: http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-727-castrol ... e-oil.aspx
Just double checking that this oil is ok to put in my NC?
