NC30 Jet Sizes

I know the sticky covers this, but just wanted some confirmation.
Just bought a project NC30 to turn in to a track bike (and maybe race bike with ram-air down the line...). So I have two bikes: Road NC30, Track NC30.
Road NC30: Currently running 118f, 120r, full tyga system + tyga maggot.
Track NC30: Not sure on jets yet (not taken apart), no exhaust currently
Spare: Yamamoto half system + venom end can with baffle
I was thinking of putting the tyga system + a new can (something quieter) on the Track NC30 and going with 120/122 jets as the tyga system is quite free flowing.
I was thinking of converting the Road NC30 back to the Yamamoto half system + venom can with baffle and running 118/120.
So my questions:
1. Does that sound like a good idea?
2. If I eventually convert to ram-air, what jets are recommended?
3. Out of interest, how come you have different sized jets in front and rear?
Cheers,
Dan
