I have a wire (well ok 2, but in the same sheath), it seems to come from the left hand side of the bike, up through the carbs, cant figure out what its supposed to go to, any ideas anyone? sorry for the bad pics.

The furry type of wire is often something to do with the safety circuit maybe the side stand or neutral switch?

pretty sure its the side stand cut off switch wires.
